Stabled on the final day of 1986 the loco would not see out the whole of the following month. Delivered new to traffic from Derby works as D7599 on 5th February 1966 and renumbered 25249 under TOPS. Withdrawl came on 29th January 1987 and the loco was cut up at Vic Berry's on 1st March 1989.
