Formerly The Lancashire Fusilier pictured withdrawn at Toton., Built at Crewe Works and released as D52 in June 1962,renumbered in April 1974., Named The Lancashire Fusilier at Manchester Piccadilly in 1963., During April 1983 it received a General/refurbishment repair at Crewe Works,although it had spent almost a year there., In July 1986 the loco sustained collision damage and was withdrawn and stored at Toton., Eventually moved to Vic Berry's and cut up in 1988.
