A grab shot whilst out walking many years ago sees BR Sulzer Type 2 25 224 passing Garth on the approach to Machynlleth, hauling a breakdown crane & support coach on Tuesday 1st April 1986., The loco would soldier on for another 5 weeks in service before being withdrawn at Crewe on May 8th.
