25218 & PWM652 Swindon Works August 10th 1980
On May 19th 1980 25218 received cab damage at Stonebridge Park. 25218 had received an Intermediate Repair at Derby less than a year earlier, presumably this fact allowed for the approval of the repair to the cab, which was made at Swindon.
