Hudswell Clarke (Leeds) 1938 built 0-6-0 side tank 1704 "Nunlow", which spent it's whole working life untill 1968 at Earle’s cement works at Hope in Derbyshire, a place that it has since returned to in 2005, 2008 and 2014 for public open days., Not long after entering preservation 1704 is seen at the Dinting Railway Centre nr Glossop., Situated on the site of Dinting engine shed (39A) built by the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway in 1898, becoming the Dinting Railway Centre in 1969 closing it's doors to the public in 1990, today (April 2020) the site is overgrown and derelict., , 5th April 1969
