BR Derby Works 1966 built class 25/3 locomotive 25257 (D7607), a locomotive that was withdrawn three times and reinstated twice, captured here after being withdrawn twice already, 25257 would be reinstated for the last time in the following July seeing out another sixteen months service. , Today we were travelling behind 40028 (D228) on the 'Railway Enthusiasts Society' the "South Yorkshireman" and the entire train was bused to/from Attenborough station for a depot visit here at Toton., , 1st April 1984
