On January 10th 1981, the Inter City Railway Society organised a tour of depots at Toton, Derby. Burton & Saltley. The highlight was a tour of Derby Works., With light fading rapidly, 25260 of Bescot was considered worthy of a shot as it still retained the four zeros in the headcode panel, some five years after marker lights had become standard. This is Saltley holding sidings. The 47 in the background is 47439.
